computadora port\u00e1til basada en Optimus todo el tiempo y usarla para cada actividad. No utilice esta gu\u00eda si desea renderizar su escritorio con la GPU integrada y seleccionar espec\u00edficamente las aplicaciones que se renderizar\u00e1n con la GPU NVIDIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota: <\/strong>Se ha verificado que los pasos enumerados aqu\u00ed funcionan en Fedora 32 Workstation hasta Fedora 36 Workstation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota:<\/strong> Como <strong>Prime<\/strong> funciona de manera menos satisfactoria con el <strong>servidor Wayland<\/strong>, seguir los pasos proporcionados en esta gu\u00eda configurar el<strong> servidor Xorg<\/strong> de manera predeterminada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota:<\/strong> Esta gu\u00eda requiere que el <strong>arranque seguro est\u00e9 apagado<\/strong> para cargar los m\u00f3dulos del kernel de NVIDIA sin firmar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que todo el renderizado sea predeterminado para la GPU NVIDIA, debe seguir los pasos con mucho cuidado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFPor_que_querrias_hacer_eso\"><\/span><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 querr\u00edas hacer eso?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El uso de <strong>GPU NVIDIA<\/strong> todo el tiempo permitir\u00eda transiciones m\u00e1s suaves y efectos de animaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s ricos. Los entornos de escritorio premium como GNOME se beneficiar\u00edan mucho de esto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Habilitar la GPU NVIDIA todo el tiempo conducir\u00eda a una carga de CPU y un consumo de memoria m\u00e1s bajos que, de lo contrario, habr\u00edan sido altos debido al b\u00fafer de v\u00eddeo en memoria agregado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFPor_que_no_querrias_hacer_eso\"><\/span><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no querr\u00edas hacer eso?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Con la GPU NVIDIA utilizada todo el tiempo, habr\u00eda un ligero aumento en el consumo de la bater\u00eda, lo que no deber\u00eda ser una preocupaci\u00f3n si su dispositivo se usa mientras est\u00e1 enchufado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mayor generaci\u00f3n de calor de la GPU NVIDIA habilitada todo el tiempo puede ser preocupante. No le gustar\u00eda jugar t\u00edtulos AAA en Proton mientras coloca su computadora port\u00e1til en su regazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Paso_1_Actualizar_desde_los_repositorios_existentes\"><\/span><strong>Paso #1: Actualizar desde los repositorios existentes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejecutar<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-syntaxhighlighter-code \"><pre class=\"brush: bash; title: ; notranslate\" title=\"\">\n$ sudo dnf update\n<\/pre><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u00daltima comprobaci\u00f3n de caducidad de metadatos hecha hace 0:26:18, el vie 01 jul 2022 15:05:00.<br>Dependencias resueltas.<br>Nada por hacer.<br>\u00a1Listo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elcomandodelgeek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Captura-desde-2022-07-01-15-53-38.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6684\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez para actualizar todos sus paquetes primero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Paso_2_agregue_el_repositorio_RPMFusion_para_controladores_NVIDIA\"><\/span>Paso #2: agregue el repositorio RPMFusion para controladores NVIDIA<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego, debe agregar el repositorio RPM Fusion para los controladores NVIDIA. Para hacer eso, abra el software GNOME y haga clic en el men\u00fa de hamburguesas (tres l\u00edneas horizontales) en la esquina superior derecha. Luego haga clic en Repositorios de software en el men\u00fa desplegable. Requiere privilegios elevados, as\u00ed que ingrese su contrase\u00f1a y listo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paso #3: Actualizar desde los repositorios reci\u00e9n agregados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejecutar<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-syntaxhighlighter-code \"><pre class=\"brush: bash; title: ; notranslate\" title=\"\">\n$ sudo dnf update --refresh\n<\/pre><\/div>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elcomandodelgeek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Captura-desde-2022-07-01-15-59-50.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6686\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Para obtener todas las actualizaciones disponibles del repositorio reci\u00e9n agregado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Paso_4_Instale_el_controlador_y_sus_dependencias\"><\/span>Paso #4: Instale el controlador y sus dependencias<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejecutar<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-syntaxhighlighter-code \"><pre class=\"brush: bash; title: ; notranslate\" title=\"\">\n$ sudo dnf install gcc kernel-headers kernel-devel akmod-nvidia xorg-x11-drv-nvidia xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-cuda xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs.i686\n<\/pre><\/div>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elcomandodelgeek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Captura-desde-2022-07-01-16-03-07.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6687\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Para obtener el controlador y todas las dependencias necesarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Paso_5_Espere_a_que_se_carguen_los_modulos_del_kernel\"><\/span>Paso #5: Espere a que se carguen los m\u00f3dulos del kernel<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Debe esperar de 5 a 10 minutos para que se carguen los m\u00f3dulos del kernel. Por favor, no contin\u00fae con los siguientes pasos inmediatamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Paso_6_Leer_de_los_modulos_del_kernel_actualizados\"><\/span>Paso #6: Leer de los m\u00f3dulos del kernel actualizados<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejecutar<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-syntaxhighlighter-code \"><pre class=\"brush: bash; title: ; notranslate\" title=\"\">\n$ sudo dnf install akmods dracut\n<\/pre><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-syntaxhighlighter-code \"><pre class=\"brush: bash; title: ; notranslate\" title=\"\">\n$ sudo akmods --force\n$ sudo dracut --force\n<\/pre><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Esto obligar\u00eda a que la configuraci\u00f3n se lea desde los m\u00f3dulos del kernel actualizados que ahora tienen los controladores de NVIDIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Paso_7_Reinicie_su_sistema\"><\/span><strong>Paso #7: Reinicie su sistema<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Espere de 3 a 5 minutos para que los cambios surtan efecto y luego reinicie su sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que su sistema se haya iniciado, vaya a la p\u00e1gina Acerca de en la aplicaci\u00f3n Configuraci\u00f3n. Es probable que vea el siguiente resultado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elcomandodelgeek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Captura-desde-2022-07-01-15-13-56.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6691\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto significa que la instalaci\u00f3n del controlador se realiz\u00f3 correctamente, lo que llev\u00f3 a la detecci\u00f3n de dos aceleradores de v\u00eddeo distintos: la tarjeta gr\u00e1fica integrada y la tarjeta gr\u00e1fica dedicada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Paso_8_Edite_la_configuracion_de_X11\"><\/span><strong>Paso #8: Edite la configuraci\u00f3n de X1<\/strong>1<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejecute el siguiente comando para copiar los detalles de representaci\u00f3n de la pantalla para el X11.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-syntaxhighlighter-code \"><pre class=\"brush: bash; title: ; notranslate\" title=\"\">\n$ sudo cp -p \/usr\/share\/X11\/xorg.conf.d\/nvidia.conf \/etc\/X11\/xorg.conf.d\/nvidia.conf\n<\/pre><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Una vez hecho esto, abra <strong>nvidia.conf<\/strong> desde el destino de la copia y ed\u00edtelo para agregar<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-syntaxhighlighter-code \"><pre class=\"brush: powershell; title: ; notranslate\" title=\"\">\nOption &quot;PrimaryGPU&quot; &quot;yes&quot;\n<\/pre><\/div>\n\n\n<p>A la secci\u00f3n <strong>OutputClass<\/strong> de la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, use <strong>nano<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-syntaxhighlighter-code \"><pre class=\"brush: bash; title: ; notranslate\" title=\"\">\n$ sudo nano \/etc\/X11\/xorg.conf.d\/nvidia.conf\n<\/pre><\/div>\n\n\n<p>y hacer cambios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El archivo deber\u00eda verse as\u00ed. Su archivo debe tener un aspecto similar a este.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elcomandodelgeek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Captura-desde-2022-07-01-16-45-12.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6695\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes ver las incorporaciones en ambas secciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gu\u00e1rdelo usando <strong>[Ctrl]+[S]<\/strong> y salga usando<strong> [Ctrl]+[X]<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota<\/strong>: Si est\u00e1 utilizando un administrador de pantalla que no sea <strong>GDM<\/strong> (el predeterminado de Fedora Workstation), deber\u00e1 configurarlo adecuadamente. <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.archlinux.org\/index.php\/NVIDIA_Optimus#Display_managers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Consulte la wiki de Arch para obtener instrucciones<\/a>.
